Many of our clients seek IT talent to address urgent needs, whether it’s for a project with a defined timeline or a long-term role that could span several years. While you’ll be employed by us, you’ll report to a supervisor and work on-site at the client’s facility, which forms the core of our business.

Additionally, some clients offer a trial employment option, where you start as a temporary employee. If everything goes well during this initial period, you can transition into a full-time position with the client as your sole employer.

On occasion, we also assist clients in finding and screening candidates for full-time positions. We support candidates through the interview process, but the client handles all hiring and onboarding once a decision is made.
